About itSMF USA

Since our beginnings in 1997, the itSMF USA has grown to become the premier IT Service Management professional forum. We have continuously taken exciting steps in professionalizing and expanding our capabilities and services for our membership.

As a result, 2006 promises to be our most exciting year yet! By launching three new regional events we will continue to leverage the explosive growth of both the itSMF USA's membership and U.S. interest in ITIL.
